How to Use

• The Brisa rack has a base, drip tray, and four drying posts. Place the drip tray (concave side up so it accumulates any droplets of water) and then screw in the posts
• After you have washed your containers, simply shake off the excess water and place it over a drying post
• If a post is not in use, you have the option to gently twist the tip and close the vent to optimize airflow to the other posts that are in use
• Select your drying time: 10, 20, or 30 minutes. Once the drying is complete, remove the containers and easily wipe away any water that has pooled in the drip tray—no cracks or crevices to deal with
• Lids can sometimes be hung from a post or angled in the center of the drip tray to receive indirect heat for drying

Care Instructions

• Wipe base and tray with a damp cloth
• Tray and posts are top-rack dishwasher safe (hand washing recommended)
• For indoor use with standard 120V outlet
