How to Use
- For indoor use only
- Beginners: Start with 10–15 minutes per session to get accustomed to the heat and humidity
- Intermediate users: As your tolerance builds, you can increase session length to 15–20 minutes
- Experienced users: 20–30 minutes is usually the maximum recommended time, as extended exposure to high heat and humidity can lead to dehydration and overheating
- Can be used 2–5 times per week
Care Instructions
- To care for your sauna, wipe it down with a damp cloth after each use, and let it dry with the tent open to prevent mildew
- Gentle and natural cleaning solutions are ideal, as harsh chemicals can damage materials and linger in the sauna
- Please keep in mind, condensation/moisture will appear between the bottom of the sauna and the floor
- Spot clean the chair using a natural cleaning solution
