How to Use

• Night Out Topical Patches: 
• Place one patch on a hairless part of the body like the inner arm
• Remove and discard after 8–12 hours
•  Patch is not waterproof
• Stomach Soothe Functional Lozenges: Dissolve one lozenge in the mouth as needed
• Throat Soak:
• Pour and mix packet contents into one cup of warm water 
• Gargle for 5–10 seconds and spit out into the sink
• Repeat until solution is gone
• Under Eye Mask: Gently apply each mask to clean, dry skin beneath the eyes, leave on for 15–20 minutes, then remove and discard to reveal a refreshed and revitalized look
• Head Calm Aromatherapy Rollerball: Roll over pulse points and inhale a few deep breaths in and out, repeat as necessary
• Calendula Lip Balm: Apply to clean dry lips and reapply as needed
