How to Use

• Fly Calm Topical Patches: 
• Place one patch on a hairless part of the body like the inner arm
• Remove and discard after 8–12 hours 
• Patch is not waterproof
• Calm Mood Functional Lozenges: Dissolve one lozenge in the mouth as needed
• Throat Soak:
• Pour and mix packet contents into one cup of warm water 
• Gargle for 5–10 seconds and spit out into the sink
• Repeat until solution is gone
• Hand Sani Wipe: Use on surfaces or hands to clean
• Calm Essence Aromatherapy Rollerball: Roll the aromatherapy rollerball in small circles on your temples and pulse points
• Calendula Lip Balm: Apply to clean dry lips and reapply as needed
