How to Use

• Renew Topical Patches: 
• Place one patch on a hairless part of the body like the inner arm
• Remove and discard after 8–12 hours 
• Patch is not waterproof
• Magnesium Bath Soak: 
• Pour contents into warm running bath water. Mix to dissolve
• Take deep breaths while you soak for 10–20 minutes
• Use caution exiting the tub as it may be slippery
• Throat Soak Gargle: 
• Pour and mix packet contents into one cup of warm water 
• Gargle for 5–10 seconds and spit out into the sink
• Repeat until solution is gone 
• Mini Shampoo and Body Bar: 
• Lather the bar onto wet hair from the roots down
• Rinse and repeat if necessary
