How to Use

Read carefully through this user manual and all safety instructions before using the InclineX Slant Board
The InclineX can be adjusted to four tilt angles: 20°, 30°, 35°, or 40°
Place the InclineX on a flat, sturdy, non-slip floor
Lift the top edge of the slant board. Place the adjustment bar into one of the four notches on the inside of the base. It’s best to start with the lowest tilt level, 20° (the notch furthest to the back)
Stand with your heels, toes, or entire feet on the InclineX, depending on what stretches or exercises you plan to do
Perform the desired stretches or exercises

Care Instructions

Use the equipment only as instructed in the manual
