How to Use

• Nighttime Magnesium Cream:
  • Massage generously onto legs, arms, chest, or feet at nighttime before going to sleep. Consistent nightly use for at least two weeks is recommended for best results
  • Apply on legs for restless leg relief and the bottoms of the feet before bed. You can also apply to any area where you feel discomfort. Just be sure to avoid broken skin or freshly shaven areas
• Peppermint Muscle Rub:
  • Apply a small amount to affected sore area of the body. Do not apply to broken skin
  • Massage onto tight, tired muscles
• Beef Tallow Balm:
  • Warm a small amount between your fingers and gently massage into clean, dry skin—just a little is all you need for lasting, rich moisture. Allow to absorb naturally. It may feel rich at first but should soak in within a few minutes
  • Apply to dry, irritated, or sensitive areas—like your face, hands, knees, or wherever your skin needs comfort. The concentrated formula melts in easily to deeply nourish and protect
