How to Use
- Dry your hands prior to use
- Place strip on upper teeth just below the gumline
- Gently press strip onto naturally moistened teeth until sealed in place
- If strip does not adhere, continue to moisten teeth with tongue before reapplying strip with dry fingers
- Repeat for the lower teeth
- Allow about 10 minutes for strip to dissolve
- No rinsing necessary
- For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use
