How to Use

• Connect your mask cable to the included wall adapter and plug in
• Next, choose your heat and timer setting on the remote (select a heat setting that is comfortable for you) 
• Relax in a reclined position and then place the mask over your head on your eyes (cable should be on your right side)
• Once in place, the mask will transform into a warming compress promoting the Meibomian glands to release your natural oils, thereby relieving your eyes from dryness and irritation

Care Instructions

• The two included cotton mask covers can be cleaned via hand washing with a mild detergent. Lay flat to air dry
• Clean the mask, strap, and remote by wiping with a damp cloth as needed
