How to Use

• For a relaxing bath: Pour a handful of salts into a running bath for a relaxing soak
• For a therapeutic bath: Pour two handfuls of salts into the bath and soak for 20 minutes
• For a kid’s bath: Add one small handful of salts into the bath
• In the shower: Take a small handful of salts and massage gently onto wet skin to exfoliate. Or, sprinkle a small amount onto the shower floor to cleanse your feet while making your bathroom smell wonderful
• As a pedicure soak: Sprinkle a small amount of salts into a foot bath to cleanse and soften your feet
