How to Use

• Remove all packaging and inspect the device and accessories
• Charge the battery/controller fully before first use
• Attach the controller to the brace by aligning the six metal contacts
• Read all safety instructions carefully before starting your first session
• Perform a skin sensitivity test before extended use
• Choosing a mode:
  • Red light (660nm): Best for skin health and anti-aging
  • Near-infrared light (850nm): Best for reducing inflammation and healing deeper tissues
  • Red + near-infrared combined: Provides comprehensive benefits
  • Pulsed mode (10 Hz): Enhances recovery with pulsed light therapy
• Choosing an intensity:
  • Three levels (P1–P3) adjust power output to meet your comfort and needs
  • Start at the lowest setting (P1) and increase gradually
• Session duration:
  • Acute conditions: 1–2 times daily for 15–20 minutes
  • Chronic issues: Once daily for 10–20 minutes
  • Maintenance: 2–4 times weekly for 5–15 minutes
  • Do not exceed 30 minutes per session on the same area; allow 8 hours between sessions
