How to Use

• Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Wear cool white padding directly on the skin or over light clothing until wrap becomes clear
• Return to refrigerator to re-activate cooling for next use (or in an air-conditioned vehicle or a cooler of ice for 20 minutes)

To clean, use a damp cloth and mild soap then air dry
