How to Use

• Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Wear directly on the skin or over light clothing. Re-cool to reuse
• Wear twice a day, for an hour, to help alleviate hot flashes, night sweats, or MS symptoms
• May also be worn to help relieve upper back, shoulder, and neck pain
