How to Use

• Unlock and register your device before the first use:
  • Download the FAQ™ Swiss app on your smartphone
  • Log into your account or sign up for a new one
  • Add device (on the top of your screen)
  • Choose device series
  • Press and hold the universal button to connect your device to the mobile app
  • Fill in the purchase information
  • Your device is now ready to use!
• Clean and dry your face and neck carefully so there is no remaining residue of any kind. Then, apply FAQ™ P1 primer or your favorite conductive primer to your skin, distributing it evenly across all areas you wish to treat
• Press and hold the universal button for three seconds to turn on your device
• To turn radio frequency on/off, press the RF button on the device
• To turn EMS-Pro on/off, press the EMS button. To turn Power-RF on/off, press the RF button
• Each time you press the LED button, the LED-Pulse light will change to a different color. Pressing the LED button once more will turn the LED light off
• The indicator lights underneath the universal button indicate the Power-RF/EMS-Pro intensity. You can adjust the intensity as desired by using the + and - buttons
• Lightly press the base of your device to your face, so that all five gold plates are in contact with your skin
• Slowly glide the device in tight circular motions and/or straight lines across each facial area
• Press and hold the universal button for three seconds to turn off your device. Then gently massage any remaining primer into your skin or rinse off
• Recommended treatment length: It is not recommended to treat any individual area of your face/neck for longer than one minute with EMS, or longer than one minute with RF. In total, it should not take more than 10 minutes to treat your entire face and neck

• Recommended usage:

• If you choose to keep your device set on ‘Basic’ mode, it is recommended to use the device 2–3 times per week for the first eight weeks, and then 2–4 times per month as needed to maintain your facial rejuvenation results
• However, if your device is set on ‘Pro’ mode (this can be accessed through the FAQ™ Swiss app), it is not recommended to use the device more than once a week for the first eight weeks. To maintain your clinical rejuvenation results after that, use 1–2 times per month as needed

Care Instructions

• Always clean your FAQ™ device thoroughly after use
• Wash the entire device with warm water and soap, then rinse with warm water
• Pat dry with a lint-free, non-abrasive cloth or towel
• Note: Never use cleaning products containing alcohol, petrol, or acetone, as they may irritate the skin and damage the silicone
