How to Use

• Unlock and register your device before the first use:
• Download the FAQ™ Swiss app on your smartphone
• Log into your account or sign up for a new one
• Add device (on the top of your screen)
• Choose device series
• Press and hold the universal button to connect your device to the mobile app
• Fill in the purchase information
• Your device is now ready to use!

• Apply a few drops of FAQ™ Scalp Recovery & Thick Hair Probiotic Serum (sold separately) or your preferred liquid hair treatment onto your scalp, if desired
• Turn on your device by pressing the universal power button. You can change the T-Sonic™ massage intensity by quick-pressing the button again. Access guided treatments and more settings via the FAQ™ Swiss app
• Press the device firmly on the scalp, and slowly glide it in very tight circular motions over one area of the scalp, until the timer pulses. Then, repeat on the next area of the scalp, as required
• Turn the device off by pressing and holding the universal power button for three seconds
• For optimal results, it’s recommended to use your device every other day

• Wash the entire device with warm water and soap, then rinse with warm water
• Pat dry with a lint-free, non-abrasive cloth or towel
• Note: Never use cleaning products containing alcohol, petrol, or acetone, as they may irritate the skin and damage the silicone
