How to Use 

• For best results, use magnets weekly and a total of 8–10 magnets per application (aiming for 4–5 points on each side of the body). Magnets address an area, so placement does not need to be exact; being close to the point will suffice
• Clean and dry application area for each point
• Select desired wellness goal(s) and locate acu-points. Feel for a tender or hollow spot
• Place magnet on each acu-point and secure by pressing the adhesive
• Repeat the point on both right and left sides. Center points only use one magnet
• Leave magnets on for up to 4 days, including during normal activities. Note: Heavy sweating and showering may impact adhesive
• Wait at least 1 day in between applications
