How to Use

• Position the product properly. You can put it around the neck or around the lower or upper back, abdomen, calf, or thigh areas
• Loop the straps around your hands and gently pull for a deeper treatment
• Press the on/off button for three seconds to begin the massage. The product will shut off automatically after 20 minutes
• Press the on/off button for three seconds to stop the massage at any time
• Press the direction button to change massage direction
• Press the speed button to choose speed level
• Press the heat button to adjust heat level. Press the heat button again to turn off the heating function

Care Instructions

• Turn off the massager and unplug the charging cable before cleaning
• The zippered fabric covers are removable for cleaning
• Clean the unit with a dry cloth. Never allow water or other liquids to come into contact with the unit
• Do not immerse it in any liquid to clean. Never use abrasive cleaners, brushers, gasoline, kerosene, glass/furniture polish, or paint thinner to clean the device
