Sizing

Small: Fits women’s US sizes 5–7, men’s US sizes 3–5, measures 9.75” in length
Medium: Fits women’s US sizes 8–10, men’s US sizes 6–8, measures 11” in length
Large: Fits women’s US sizes 10–12, men’s US sizes 8–10, measures 11.5” in length
Extra Large: Fits women’s US sizes 13–15, men’s US sizes 11–13, measures 12.25” in length

How to Use

To trim, take out your old insole, place the new insole on top of the old one and trace it. Trim the new insole to the line you traced and place it in your shoe

Care Instructions

Remove the insoles from your shoes
Gently brush off any loose dirt or debris from the surface of the insoles
The insoles are not machine washable; you can hand wash them. Fill a basin or sink with warm water and add a small amount of mild detergent. Submerge the insoles and use a soft brush or cloth to gently scrub them
Rinse the insoles thoroughly with clean water to remove any soap residue
Squeeze out excess water from the insoles, but avoid twisting or wringing them, as it may damage their shape
Place the insoles in a well-ventilated area to air dry completely. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources, as they can cause shrinkage or deformation
Once dry, give the insoles a final brush to fluff up the fibers or restore their texture
Reinsert the clean, dry insoles back into your shoes
Remember to regularly clean your insoles to maintain freshness and prevent odor buildup
