Care Instructions

• Wash by hand using liquid dish soap then wipe down and air dry
• Dry foods can be wiped off
• Wet or sticky foods need to be washed and rinsed off
• Board is not dishwasher safe
• Do not soak your board. You can dunk it into water quickly but extended soaking can warp your board
• For longevity, use a food-grade-safe oil or cutting board oil after 3—6 months to one year of use. Make sure board is completely dry before adding oil
