How to Use

• Setting up the RejuvaWrap:
  • Remove all packaging from the unit and accessories
  • Read through the included user manual and safety instructions before using the RejuvaWrap
  • Unfold the RejuvaWrap and lay it (logo-side up) on a flat, sturdy, heat-resistant surface, such as a bed, floor, or couch
  • Open the zipper
  • Plug the controller connector into the jack in the bottom corner
  • Plug the power cable into a standard electrical outlet
• Using the RejuvaWrap:
  • Drink 16–20 ounces of water
  • Place a couple of bottles of water and a book or magazine within easy reach, if desired. Note: Electronics such as cell phones, tablets, earbuds, and hearing aids can be damaged by heat and sweat
  • Remove your clothes and shoes, as well as any jewelry and accessories. If you prefer to wear clothing, wear clean, comfortable, loose-fitting cotton clothing that you don't mind getting sweaty
  • Optional: Grab a pillow to ensure your session is comfortable. Cover it with a towel so it doesn't get sweaty
  • Optional: If you wish to increase sweating, detoxification, and fat loss, wrap your body in a disposable thermal detox wrap. Note: Foil detox wraps block infrared wavelengths, so if you want to enjoy the benefits of infrared therapy, you'll want to skip the detox wrap
  • Optional: Drape the included face towel over your back and shoulders, wrap it around your head, or use it as a pillow
  • Place the controller on a heat-resistant surface next to the blanket
  • Climb into the RejuvaWrap like you would a sleeping bag and close the zipper. Your head will be at the top, outside of the blanket
  • Press the on/off button
  • Select the desired temperature and time, start with a low temperature level and a shorter working time
  • Relax and enjoy your session
  • Press the on/off button any time to stop the sauna session. The device will turn off automatically at the end of the set time

Care Instructions

• Unplug the sauna blanket from the electrical outlet
• Allow the RejuvaWrap to completely cool (wait at least 30 minutes) before cleaning, folding, or storing
• Drink plenty of water or an electrolyte drink after your session
