How to Use

• Day one:
  • Soak your feet with the Foot Soak for 10–15 minutes prior to the Foot Peel treatment
  • After soaking, put on the treatment booties. Cut the top of each bootie, slip them on, put on a pair of socks over the booties, and wear for one hour
  • Remove the booties. Rinse your feet with soap and water, and dry feet
• Days 2–5: After Foot Peel application, repeat soaking your feet with the second pack of Foot Soak. The enzyme in the soak will help speed up the peeling process
• Days 5–7:
  • Once feet start to peel, gently massage the Foot Scrub all around feet, including soles, toes, and ankles
  • Rinse feet thoroughly with water
  • Use 2–3 times per week as needed
