How to Use

• To insert the air tube into the wine base, first make sure silicone tip “valve” is still attached to end of air tube and easily opens when pinched on side. Securely insert round, open end of the air tube into the Phoenix® base before each use
• Attach cap to base by matching the three tabs on bottom of cap to the three slots on top surface of base. Push and twist the cap clockwise 30° and lock into place
• As you begin pouring, there will be a 3—5 second delay as wine filters through the Bio-Pod™ and starts to purify. Increase the rate of pouring by tilting the bottle more vertically
• Replace the Bio-Pod™ cartridge after each bottle of wine
