How to Use

On/Off button: Press once to turn on the control panel (to standby mode). Press again to turn off the control panel. The control panel will automatically power off after one minute of inactivity
Time Increase/Decrease buttons: Press to set the working time, from 1–15 minutes, in one-minute increments. The default working time is 15 minutes. The set time shows on the Time Display
Program/Mode (P) button: Press to toggle through the nine preset programs, P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6, P7, P8, P9, and manual mode (HA). The selected program/mode shows on the Time/Program Display
Speed Increase/Decrease buttons: Press to set the vibration speed level, from 1–99, in increments of 1. The default speed level is 1. The selected speed shows on the Speed Display
Start/Stop button: Press once to start the selected preset program or manual mode. Press a second time to pause the workout. Press a third time to resume the workout
Speed Display: Shows vibration speed for the current program/mode
Remote: Infrared receiver window for the remote control
Time/Program Display: Shows the program or mode selected. Shows the time duration for the current program/mode, in MM:SS (minutes:seconds)

Care Instructions

Do not get on or off the TrimLite until it is completely stopped
Use the remote control to adjust the workout once exercise has begun. Using the control panel while the machine is moving could cause an accident or injury
Always stand on the machine with your back straight, your knees slightly bent, and your heels slightly lifted
Do not use the machine with straight legs or arms, as the vibrations are directed to your bones and brain, which can be dangerous for your health. Always slightly bend your legs and arms
If you feel vibrations in your eyes, vocal cords, or other parts of your head, you are not standing on the machine correctly and should shift your position immediately
Never place your head or upper body directly on the machine
Never jump on or off the machine
Never attempt to turn around on the machine while it is in motion. Do not quickly lean back or change position while the machine is in motion
Stop exercising immediately and contact your doctor if you feel tired, dizzy, or nauseous, or if you experience pain, difficulty breathing, or abnormal heart rate
Never perform other activities while using the machine as this could cause accidents or injury
